You have the right to direct aSaw to not sell your personal information. You may reach out to us to exercise your right.
  • Right to request deletion: You have the right to request that aSaw delete any personal information about you that aSaw has collected from you. Please note that there are exceptions where aSaw does not have to fulfil a request to delete information, such as when the deletion of information would create problems with the completion of a transaction or compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: aSaw will not discriminate against you (e.g., through denying goods or services, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services) for exercising any of the rights afforded to you.

 

Recruiting

When you use our online career platform, we collect the personal data that you willingly submit while applying for jobs, and we use it for recruiting-related activities. We use your personal data to send you relevant information about careers and opportunities with us and to analyse the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and resources. More information about how we will use your data during the recruitment process will be provided as part of the recruitment process. aSaw restricts access to Personal information to its employees, interns, external consultants who need to access that information in order to operate business in a manner consistent with this privacy policy. All such personnel are required to treat Personal Information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and they are subject to discipline, potentially including termination, if they fail to comply with those requirements. We exercise reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards to protect against unauthorised access to Personal information stored in our databases, and to prevent unauthorised use, alteration, corruption or disclosure of that Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal data, you acknowledge that:

b) The security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed; and
