As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be on our Marketing CRM Platform.
Business and report writing.
Support Presales team and closely work with the Managing Director in Strategy making.
You have to build customer engagement campaigns, support event marketing, product marketing, our team’s research, and leadership strategy.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Be a pragmatic, technically and commercially aware point of contact between the business and technology.
Stay informed of industry news, developments and innovation that the consulting client organization could utilize that could impact our suite the project or products.
You have to further enhance the product roadmap and bring an innovative idea as to our existing product and services.
Recommend and advise on application/functional extensions, as necessary, to client solution requirements.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
MBA with 0-2 Years of experience from a premier institute.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Digital marketing experience will be preferable.
Excellent analytical, strategic reasoning skills and intense curiosity to identify emerging business trends and the opportunities that arise from them (strong Excel skills).
Excellent sense of teamwork, collaboration, and communication.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrate timely and accurate follow through on various tasks Take ownership of the work assigned and have a consultative and collaborative approach towards solving business problems.
Ability to work autonomously with guidance in a dynamic environment.
Persistence when facing challenging situations.
Excellent in PowerPoint and experiences in presentation creation.
Background in online advertising, e-commerce, web analytics, marketing measurement or a comparable reporting and analytics function is a plus.
